Rental Agreement & Terms

TERMS OF USE

By booking or scheduling an appointment you agree to adhere to this rental agreement. Renter(s) agree to the following:

RATES

Reservations for Main Street Studio start at $50 for the first hour plus $25 per subsequent hour up to a maximum 4 hours per session. If more than 4 hours is needed for a reservation, you can book multiple sessions or email [email protected] to make other arrangements. For rates and availability at our other location options please also contact us by email. Rental rates for add-ons are set by the most current version of our online appointment scheduler and software, in effect at the time of signing. Payment will be due at the time of booking.

The studio may be used for legal business activities only. There is absolutely NO SMOKING or OPEN ALCOHOL CONTAINERS in the building.

ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME

The Renter shall start and end as set forth by their booked reservation day and time; set-up and clean-up time must take place during hours set forth in their reservation.
An hourly charge of $30.00 per hour will be applied for each additional hour that extends beyond rental terms, as set forth by the Renters reservation.

BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS/OFFICES

Be present at all times during the rental
Keep the event or session contained within the studio/rental areas
Maintain adult supervision of minors at all times
Clean up trash or other items on premises prior to leaving

STUDIO & EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED:

The Studio agrees to provide the studio in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to said studios functionality or suitability to Renter’s purposes. The Renter is entitled to use the entire studio, dressing room, supplied lighting equipment, props and any furniture in the studio at the time of rental. The Studio is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather, emergencies, or Acts of God. Renter agrees to return all equipment, studio, and furniture in the condition it was provided and to immediately notify the Studio of any damage, failure, or change in equipment provided.

DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE, OR STUDIO:

Renter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of equipment, furniture, or studio that Renter damages within 5 business days. In the event that the Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter’s clients, or any and all Renter’s visitors damage any equipment or studio, Renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements necessary within 5 business days. Renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found, or a $100 cleaning fee will be assessed and invoiced.

There is no warranty that rented items are free of defects.

The Renter agrees that the Studio holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by use of rental items to Renter or any third party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If any accident involving the Studio’s rental items has occurred while it is in the Renter’s possession, Renter shall make the Studio aware by written statement of details of occurrence of event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses, if applicable.

LIABILITY:

The Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Renter agrees to responsibility and liability for all persons that will be on the premises during use of their Studio reservation. The Studio will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the Renter, Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter’s clients, or any and all Renter’s visitors that occur within or outside the studio premises.

Use of the studio requires the following in advance:

Valid booked reservation
Marked or signed understanding and agreement of Studio Agreement during reservation process
Payment of reservation

The Studio shall have the right to inspect the equipment, studio, and furniture at any time during the rental term. Renter shall make any and all arrangements necessary to permit a representative of the Studio access to the equipment and studio. If a breach of any of the provisions of the Rental Agreement occurs, the Studio has the right to revoke Renter’s access to the equipment and studio without any liability to and without prejudice to the Studio, including but not limited to withholding refunds.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:

Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee subtracted from the final refund amount. Cancellation requests within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will need to call (208) 243-8891 and will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee subtracted from the final refund amount.

Rescheduling will be allowed up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment without penalty or fee. A reschedule request within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be allowed one time without penalty or fee, the next reschedule will be considered a last minute cancellation and will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee subtracted from the final refund amount.

No-Show appointments will be non-refundable.
